Sagamore Hills students are invited to participate in Beanstack. Beanstack is a reading challenge program where students log their minutes to earn badges. If you have a Beanstack account with the Dekalb County Public Library, you may sync your school account and your DCPL account by clicking the prompt on the opening page.
Parents, we hope that you will encourage your child(ren) to read every day and familiarize your child with our Dekalb County Public Library. We think Beanstack might help your Kindergarten to Second-grade child: - Improve their independent reading fluency, vocabulary, and comprehension
- Create excitement about reading
- Foster life-long learning habits
Beanstack can be found on Clever/Launchpad and is SSO (single-sign-on) so no additional login is needed.
1. Log in to Clever/Launchpad with your student number and password.
2. Click on the Beanstack App
3. Pick your challenge and log your minutes or set a reading timer. 4. Earn Badges
Students will be recognized on the morning announcements for completing challenges.
